400 Metres as recovery

800 Metre repeats at goal 5KM Pace
400 Metres as recovery
Repeat 2-4 Times

400 Metre repeats at goal >5KM Pace
400 Metres as recovery
Repeat 2-4 Times

10-20 Warm Down
