Arete Endurance Workout of the Week: September 18 – September 24, 2023

10 Minutes Warmup.


Ideally Include A, B, and C Drills Plus a few Strides.
Can be extended for a total of 20 minutes, whatever makes you feel ready

1000 Metres at Faster than goal 10KM Pace (RPE8)

200 Metres Super Easy Jog (RPE1)

Repeat 5 – 8 Times

10-20 Warm Down
