Arete Endurance Workout of the Week May 23 – 29, 2022

Changing gears. This workout focuses on that! Similar to last week, except for a planned progression across the 1200’s.

10 Minute Warmup with Drills and Strides

Main set:

600 Metres at 10KM or Better Race Pace (RPE7)

400 Metres at 5KM Or Better Race Pace (RPE8)

200 Metres at Finish Stretch Pace (RPE9)

Repeat Main set 4-6 Times
