10 Minutes Warmup.
Ideally Include A, B, and C Drills Plus a few Strides.
Can be extended for a total of 20 minutes, whatever makes you feel read

1 Minute Strong Effort (RPE 7-8)
1 Minute Easy (RPE 3)
Repeat 5 Times

3 Minutes Easy

10 Minute Tempo Effort (RPE 6-7
3 Minutes Easy

1 Minute Strong Effort (RPE 7-8)
1 Minute Easy (RPE 3)
Repeat 5 Times

10-20 Warm Down
