Leg speed workout #3

10 Minutes Warmup.
Ideally Include A, B, and C Drills Plus a few Strides.
Can be extended for a total of 20 minutes, whatever makes you feel read

800 Metres Strong Effort (RPE8)

400 Metres Easy (RPE2)

Repeat 4 – 6 Times 

100 Metres Fast (RPE9) Fast on the Straights if on a Track

100 Metres Easy (RPE2)

Repeat 4 – 8 Times

10-20 Warm Down
