Marathon Training Plan

This plan is for the runner who just wants to complete a Marathon. All workouts are based on time.

If you dream to run the Manitoba Marathon, start date for this plan is February 24, 2019. However, plan does not start from “zero” and assumes athlete is currently running 3-4 Times Per week for at least 4 weeks before starting.

1/2 Marathon Training Plan

This plan is for the runner who just wants to complete a 1/2 Marathon. All workouts are based on time.

If you dream to run the Manitoba 1/2 Marathon, start date for this plan is March 24, 2019. However, plan does not start from “zero” and assumes athlete is currently running 3 Times Per week for at least 4 weeks before starting.
