10 Minute Warmup with Drills and Strides
600 Metres at 10KM or Better Race Pace (RPE7)
400 Metres at 5KM Or Better Race Pace (RPE8)
200 Metres at Finish Stretch Pace (RPE9)
Repeat Main set 4-6 Times
10 Minute Warmup
